Customer Support
Customer support is available Monday through Friday 9:00 am until 4:15 pm Eastern Time Zone.  Unlike a lot of other software vendors, Allegheny Software provides Unlimited “800” telephone support during our operating hours. Agencies can call and talk to a live person without the worry of maneuvering through a complicated voice messaging process. Allegheny Software also uses other interactive tools to directly connect to a clients system if hands on support is needed.
HHC 3000 Software Updates
Allegheny Software has introduced a new way of keeping track of updates/upgrades of our HHC 3000 software through the new Allegheny Messages button. Simply click on the Allegheny Messages button before entering the software program and the agency will be able to view any updates/upgrades along with the date and explanation of the changes.  The user can also be more specific and look at any updates/changes based upon categories such as Billing, Oasis, Patients, Payroll, Reports/Listings etc.  There’s no need to worry if your agency has forgotten to update their software in quite some time, as HHC 3000 software will automatically update the agency to the most current version.
